What we handle

Full-service customs brokerage

We handle the paperwork, filings, and coordination with T&T Customs so you don't have to.

Personal imports

Online shopping, gifts, personal effects, household goods — anything shipped to yourself from the US or elsewhere. We handle entry, duty calculation, and release.

Commercial & trade

Merchandise, equipment, raw materials, and trade goods for your business. We prepare commercial entries, handle VAT registration paperwork, and coordinate with Customs for prompt release.

Vehicle imports

Cars, motorcycles, boats, and commercial vehicles. We manage the full import process including compliance checks. Note: vehicles must be 8 years old or newer under current T&T regulations (Legal Notice No. 477).

Containerized cargo (FCL)

Full container load clearance for high-volume commercial shipments. We handle manifest filing, duty computation, and coordinate container release with the Port Authority of T&T.

N-Number registration

New to importing? We handle your Importer Registration Number (N-Number) application with T&T Customs from start to finish. Required for most commercial and high-value personal imports.

Don't have an N-Number?

We handle the full application

An Importer Registration Number (N-Number) is required by T&T Customs for most commercial and higher-value personal imports. Without one, your goods can be held at Customs indefinitely. Many importers don't realise they need one until their shipment is already in port.

Complete and file the N-Number application on your behalf
Liaise with T&T Customs until the number is issued
Available to individuals and businesses
No prior importing experience required

N-Number issuance typically takes 5–10 business days through T&T Customs. We start the process as soon as we receive your documents.
